Revisions to the TOS: We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify our TOS, privacy policy, and other policies and agreements at any time by updating this page. Your use our site after these changes are made means that you acknowledge and accept these changes. Please refer to this page prior to each use of our services for any changes to the TOS.

Any attempt to solicit work or communication outside of BuySellText.com will result in the immediate suspension of the offending account and permanent ban from using the website.

Submissions

You hereby grant to BuySellText.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display all content, remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to BuySellText.com through this site (together, hereinafter known as the "Submission"), and to incorporate any Submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.  BuySellText.com will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and may use any Submission in its business (including without limitation, for products or advertising) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind, and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future BuySellText.com operations.

BuySellText.com will treat any personal information that you submit through this site in accordance with its Privacy Policy as set forth on this site.

Transfer Of Copyrights

Once the payment has been made for the order, the rights of the content delivered transfers to the client. In the event of a dispute initiated by the client the client voids their right to the content and the copyright is transferred back to BuySellText.com. The client is then prohibited from using or publishing the content, and if it is already published must remove the content from wherever it is published.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available on unspent balances. 

Affiliates

You are prohibited from using your affiliate link to buy your own content on BuySellText.com. A qualified affiliate commission is a new registered user that has made a successful purchase on BuySellText.com for the very first time. A successful purchase is a purchase made by a user that has not been refunded or disputed. In the event the user you referred has been refunded or initiated a chargeback the affiliate earnings will be deducted from your earnings. You are prohibited from the deception or misrepresenting what BuySellText.com offers. If we suspect that you have deceived new users by misrepresenting what we offer, we reserve the right to terminate your account, hold your affiliate earnings and even collect what you were already paid in previous payouts.

You may not promote buyselltext in any way that may mislead users to believe that you are an owner of the service. You may not use any of our marketing material, including any design or written copy assets which have not been expressly provided through the affiliate platform. 

To use the BuySellText.com affiliate program we will collect personal information from you. 
Upon registration you must provide your (but not limited to) full name, email, phone number, residential address and/or billing details. Providing truthful information is a requirement for using our affiliate program. If BuySellText.com believes the information provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse you access to our site, and to limit or revoke your access at any time, without notice.

You may NOT earn commissions on your own payments to buyselltext.com. If Buyselltext.com suspects that a commission was earned on a sale generated by the affiliate themselves, the commission will be revoked and the affiliate account may be suspended, with past commissions reversed, including ones already paid. You may not earn a commission from a referral that you currently work for or have worked for in the past either in employment, freelance, advisement or contractual capacity.

Commissions are only be earned on referrals that have signed up through your affiliate link, or have used your referral coupon. Commissions cannot be earned on transactions made by users prior to when they signed up through your affiliate link. Commissions cannot be earned on users that have signed up and transacted with us at any point prior to you referring them - including no commissions earned on future transactions after they sign up again under through affiliate link. If they sign up under a new account using your affiliate link, and already have a valid, paying account with us beforehand, the affiliate referral will be considered invalid.

Indemnity

You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorney's fees of the Indemnified Parties in connection therewith. If you have violated security on BuySellText.com we reserve the right to surrender your information over to administrators to assit with investigating security breaches. BuySellText.com reserves the right to further investigate suspected violations of our TOS.

Any user found violating our TOS will have their information handed over to law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing BuySellText.com to reveal the identity of anyone believed to violate these Terms of Use. 

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS BuySellText.com FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY BuySellText.com DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER [BuySellText.com] OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Ontario, Canada, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.  You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Ontario in connection with any dispute between you and BuySellText.com arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof.  The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state and federal courts in Kitchener, Ontario.  If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
